These terms govern your use of Senyo AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use Senyo AI.

01.The service

Senyo AI is a ticket-automation tool for SMM panels. It reads incoming support tickets, classifies them with AI or regex rules, and routes responses through providers and Telegram channels you configure. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or uptime beyond what your subscription tier promises.

02.Your account

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any API keys you connect secure. Don't share credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to register. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or violate applicable law.

03.Plans, payment, and credits

Paid plans are billed per panel on the cycle (monthly or yearly) you choose. Wallet top-ups and welcome credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices for future billing periods; the new price will be shown before it applies.

04.Acceptable use

Don't use Senyo AI to send spam, impersonate others, distribute malware, or process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. Don't reverse-engineer the service or attempt to access accounts that aren't yours.

05.Your content

Tickets, messages, and panel data you process through Senyo AI remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to operate the service. We don't sell your content, and we don't train shared models on it.

06.Termination

You can close your account at any time from settings. We may terminate the service for a user who materially violates these terms. On termination, paid balances follow the refund rules in the plan terms; we retain audit logs for the period required by law.

07.Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senyo AI's total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

08.Changes

We may update these terms when the product changes. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app banner. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
