Privacy policy

This policy explains what data Senyo AI collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.
01.Data we collect
Account data you provide (username, name, email, country, phone, password hash). Operational data tied to your account (panels you connect, providers, ticket metadata, AI usage counters, billing events, audit logs). Technical data automatically (IP address, browser/agent, request timestamps) needed to deliver and secure the service.
02.How we use it
To run the service you signed up for: authenticate sessions, route tickets, count usage against your plan, send billing receipts and security alerts. To detect abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and do not use ticket content to train shared AI models.
03.AI processing
If you enable AI parse mode, ticket text is sent to a language-model provider on a per-request basis. The provider processes the prompt to return a classification and never trains on it. You can disable AI parsing per panel at any time and fall back to regex rules.
04.Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors needed to operate the service (hosting, payment, email delivery, language-model API). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when legally required (court orders, subpoenas) and will challenge overly broad requests where appropriate.
05.Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Refresh tokens are hashed before storage. Sensitive provider secrets (e.g. TOTP) are encrypted at rest. All traffic to senyoai.com is TLS-encrypted. We rotate keys and review access regularly.
06.Retention
Operational data is kept while your account is active and for a short period after closure for audit. Billing records are retained for the period required by tax law in our jurisdiction. You can request earlier deletion (see Your rights).
07.Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from account settings, or by writing to privacy@senyolabs.com. EU/UK users have additional rights under GDPR including objection and portability. We'll respond within 30 days.
08.Cookies
We use a small set of strictly necessary cookies for session and language preference. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on senyoai.com.
09.Children
Senyo AI is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
